FULLY CUSTOMIZED 4 WEEK (DIET+TRAINING) PROGRAM W/ (VIDEO CHAT)
This is a 4 week customized program which includes full diet and training to help you achieve your fat loss goals. This is made to lose body fat and build lean hard muscle. You will have 1 full day of eating with a certain amount of meals for each week. This way you don't have to figure out your calorie intake and worry about what to eat. All you have to do is follow the meal plan and stay disciplined. I will hold you accountable. You can also substitute some of the meals/items in the meal plan as long as the macros and calories are pretty similar at the end of the day. Once you make your payment i will be notified and then i will contact you about getting you started on your custom meal plan. This meal plan is simple and to the point. Nothing fancy! This way you can follow it no matter what country you live in. Since this is simple and basic, it will be cost effective/budget friendly because i believe that learning how to pursue your fitness goals shouldn't be overpriced like many other "trainers" make it out to be.
